| Fitness has a connection with me like no other. I began training as a way to relieve stress and get away from the problems I faced at home. When I felt I had nowhere to turn or nowhere to go, I could always go to the gym. It was a place where I felt strong and unstoppable almost like a superhero, and I thrived off of that feeling. I would spend hours on hours doing research, figuring out what felt good.
The movement became an everyday practice. I obsessed with how the body worked and the potential every single body possesses. This obsession led me to become a Nutrition coach for several years and now coaching clients in the gym for a variety of goals! Helping others find their WHY has been more fulfilling to me than I ever thought possible! I hope to help uncover the beauty in health, fitness, and nutrition in every individual I work with.
