Elite Physique Gym Class Descriptions
HIIT & X-Training
High intensity interval training is a type of cardio and strength training. It uses interval workouts that combine full body strength training exercises and cardio drills to improve strength, endurance and maximum performance. This explosive class WILL challenge any body. All levels welcome. Modifications offered.
This is a full body workout that involves a lot of high/low impact moves to help increase the heart rate. Challenge the aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time in this non stop class. Be prepared to sweat! All levels welcome. Modifications offered.
This class will help build a more stable abdomen and lower back to improve posture, balance, and flexibility to create a total well rounded workout program. All levels welcome.
This is a 30min workout which incorporates functional, compound exercises to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Develop strength and muscular endurance. All levels welcome. Modifications offered.
A power lifting class designed to teach proper skills and challenge athlete’s ready to take lifting to another level. Using Rouge equipment. (Limit 6)
This balanced class incorporates moderate to high intensity exercises using exercise equipment for a full body workout. Improve strength, cardio, endurance and core with a wide range of exercises options. All levels welcome!
Keep your kids’ active and feeling great. This bootcamp style class offers safe kid friendly exercises. They will have fun and build a habit for physical fitness all at the same time. Class times vary by age. Saturday Kids Class 11 am to 12 pm – (Class ages 3-7) (Class ages 8-11)
An intense group cardio class designed to challenge your cardio endurance with various speed techniques in the performance room as well as utilizing the open gym cardio machines. This class will leave you sweating for more. All levels welcome. Modifications offered.
A predesigned workout with progressive options to improve strength & cardio endurance. Different routines to challenge everyone. All levels welcome. Modifications offered.

Elite Physique offers a full calendar of daily, weekly and monthly group fitness classes that include a mix of cross training, MMA, self-defense and bootcamp-syle classes. Some of its most popular classes include: PiYo; Buns & Guns strength training; Cardio Craze; Total Body sculpting; kettle bell classes; and 30-minute circuit training classes for kids 3 to 11 years old.
