We look forward to sharing this new chapter in your fitness journey! In order to attend our facility, you will need to execute a new waiver in to enter the gym. This waiver will need to be signed PRIOR to coming into the gym. Click the link below to execute the waiver now.

  • What are the hours of operation?

    Open to members 24/7.

    Membership Sign-Up Hours:

    Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00PM

    Saturday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 3:00PM

  • How many members are allowed in the gym at the same time?

    We will be limiting the number of members in the club at any given time. There will also be a time limit of 90 minutes to complete your workout. The best way to get a workout in at your favorite time is to go to our Elite App where we’ve made it easy to book a 90 minute time slot at the gym. Look for available time slots and hit the Book button. Download the Android Elite ClubReay App IPhone Elite ClubReady App You will now also check in with your barcode found on your app at the front desk. Fingerprint access will be discontinued until further notice.

  • What amenities are not available yet?

    Locker rooms are closed, and we will not allow changing or showering. However, restrooms may be used. Cycle and Group Fitness will remain closed until further notice.

  • Is KidCare open?

    KidCare will remain closed until further notice. Members who pay for KidCare will not be charged during this time.

  • Do I need to wear a face mask while working out?

    Yes. Per New Mexico state mandate, masks must be worn on the premises.

  • What are your social distancing guidelines while in the club?

    We are asking all members to maintain a 6-foot distance between themselves and others in the club. Elite has implemented procedures to help ensure these distancing guidelines are respected including visual reminders, area closures and staff to monitor and enforce these rules.

  • What else is Elite doing to keep the gyms clean?

    Elite is requesting that all members disinfect equipment after use and is providing extra sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer. We will have Elite staff cleaning all open areas of the gym throughout every day and doing a deep clean every night after closing.

  • When are you going to bill me my monthly fees?

    Elite will resume billing on the day the gym re-opens 06/01/2020.

  • When will you charge me for personal training?

    We will unfreeze all Personal Training contracts and resume billing on the day each club re-opens (same as membership dues). We will extend the expiration date for unused sessions for 3 months.

  • Can I put a temporary freeze on my account?

    We realize that the COVID-19 pandemic has created unforeseen circumstances for many people, so we want to make sure that you know you can re-freeze your account for up to three months by accessing the “My Account” section in our Elite app. This is a great option if you need a little extra time to make it back to the gym.
